(3) The process of heating automatic temperature control process

Open and send control power, turn on the power switch of each channel, and select the switch to place it in the automatic mode. The control system will automatically start a fan. If the drum fan is not started at this time, it cannot start heating. The control system will first automatically open one of the heating paths, and then automatically start each heating path in turn.

When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the PID operation is automatically closed, and the two -way heating will be automatically closed in turn until the outlet temperature of the infrared hot air furnace is equal to the set temperature. If the temperature is lower than the required design value, it will automatically add a heating path until the mixed air temperature balance. The above adjustment process is automatically completed by a programmable controller without manual intervention. The heating of the well mouth has the functions of overload current protection, safe operation temperature protection, and fan operation protection. Comprehensively improve the safety performance of the equipment.

The well entrance is heated and connected to the power supply, and the upper wiring cabinet sword switch is turned on, and the equipment is to be tested. Check whether the indicator and instrument are normal. Select the control mode of the control cabinet under the manual mode. Combine the control circuit breaker in the control cabinet. Turn off each heating circuit breaker in the control cabinet. Follow the wind turbine breakfire in the control cabinet. Check whether the temperature displayed by the temperature control instrument is normal (equal to the ambient temperature). Check whether the setting temperature of the temperature control instrument is normal (manual or communication changes). Turn the switch to select manual mode.

Open the fan manually, run the fan, observe whether the fan current is normal, and whether the rotation direction is correct (if the opposite, adjust the power supply of the fan motor). Open each heating circuit manually to observe whether the current meter current is normal. Observe for an hour, stop heating and fan in turn.

When the temperature of the well is heated, when the temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature still exceeds the set temperature value, and automatically cuts all the way to heating in turn until the temperature value of the outlet of the infrared hot air furnace is equal to the set temperature value, and the mixed air temperature is close to 2. If the temperature is lower than the required setting value, the mixed air temperature is lower than 2, and an automatic heating path will be added in turn.

In the automatic mode of the well, the remote control is automatically run. The remote control can control the number of heating circuits and set the temperature. The voltage, current, temperature and other parameters of the hot air furnace can be seen on the remote monitoring display.
